The 7th Annual Rochester Alliance '99 Invitational Tournament will be held September 20-22 at the The Bill Gray's Regional Iceplex(fka the Sports Centre @ MCC) in Rochester, New York. The '99 Alliance Team will host a kick off to the 2013-2014 campaign with some of the top Bantam Major teams from the USA and Canada competing for a title at this early season event. With multiple championship brackets at stake, every game will be a meaningful contest!
