View Ad Details The Lake Catholic Cougars of Mentor, Ohio will be hosting its 4th Annual Holiday Extravaganza Tournament December 27-29, 2011 and would like to invite your high school varsity and/or junior varsity team to join us. We are looking for eight Varsity and eight Junior Varsity teams to participate in this year’s tournament. Each team will play a four game minimum. TEAM ENTRY FEES Junior Varsity: $1200 Varsity: $1200 KEY DATES Commitment Date: August 15, 2011 Payment Due Date: September 1, 2011 Roster Due Date: November 15, 2011 PLEASE MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO LAKE CATHOLIC HOCKEY JV GAMES: FREE VARSITY GAME TICKETS & PASSES Game Price: $5 (12 years and older) Tournament Pass: $15 No GCHSHL Passes Accepted Out-of-town teams (more than 70 miles) will need to stay at one of our tournament sanctioned hotels and only teams staying at sanctioned hotels receive free passes to all games. The list of hotels will be provided by September 15, 2011.
