This American Hockey Center Terms Of Use agreement lays down the terms and conditions by which American Hockey Center's Services will be provided to you. The Terms Of Use agreement also describes the use of the Services. This Terms Of Use agreement is not exhaustive and American Hockey Center reserves the right to modify it from time to time, effective when posted on the American Hockey Center Website. No verbal or written agreement/statement by any American Hockey Center employee or at American Hockey Center's Website will take precedence over the Terms Of Service agreement . On registering for and/or using the Services, you the User agree to all the terms and conditions of the Terms Of Use agreement, as modified from time to time, in its entirety.

Services are provided on an "as is" basis." Data is often posted by American Hockey Center using information from other public Websites or literature. American Hockey Center is not liable to users for any compensation, reimbursement or damages on account of the loss, anticipated results, goodwill or on account of expenditures, investments, or commitments for any reason whatsoever. Owner's, managers, and employees of American Hockey Center will not be responsible for any damages users may suffer. American Hockey Center makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. You the User agree to indemnify and hold American Hockey Center and its employees and representatives harmless from any claim or demand,

American Hockey Center will not be liable to You or any third-party for any modification, suspension, or termination of the Services, or loss of related information.

American Hockey Center reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Users may only use the Services for lawful purpose. Transmission of any material in violation of US and International laws is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material without explicit permission from the author/owner, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, and material protected by trade secrets.

All notifications to the user will be sent by electronic mail (email). It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure his or her email address is valid at all times. American Hockey Center will not be responsible if Customer fails to receive any email American Hockey Center attempted to send. American Hockey Center will attempt to deliver all of the e-mail that is addressed to Your e-mail address.. However, the nature of e-mail is such that American Hockey Center cannot guarantee delivery of such e-mail.

American Hockey Center runs advertisements and promotions from third parties on the Website. Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or through the Website, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between You and such advertiser.
