Sacrifice, sweat and countless hours of repetition and practice. Hockey success requires more than talent
alone. It takes the will to compete and win! The determination to push yourself to your limit and beyond.

All participants in this program are expected to arrive at Camp in shape to work hard on and off the ice. Concentration, enthusiasm and the willingness to learn are all the elements that are required to be a part of this program.

The High Level Training Camp is an advanced program designed exclusively for Travel, All-Star and Rep Team players. Applicants are required to submit a resume with their application.

Program features:
• 4 Hours of intense on-ice instruction
• Daily schedule includes individual skill instruction, team skills practice, and scrimmage
• Accelerated Off-Ice program that includes dryland training, anticipation skills, and the development of a winning competitive attitude
• Advanced Power skating sessions daily
• Emphasis on puck control skills, passing and playmaking at top speeds
• Conditioning sessions to prepare for the upcoming season
• Shooting – Scoring techniques with applications for forwards and defensemen
• Checking strategy sessions on and off the ice
• Offensive and defensive team play utilizing International hockey drills
• Specialty team play – power play and penalty killing
• Advanced goaltending sessions with individualize instruction (limit 4 goaltenders per group)
• Video analysis with group consultation and 1 on 1 instructor feedback
• Personal Scouting Report to supplement your on-ice training and to help you continue to improve throughout your season
• Accelerate off-ice program that includes dryland training, anticipation skills and the development of a winning competitive attitude
